About Me

First off, thanks for stopping by! I’m a former pharma professional turned B2B marketer with 14+ years of experience, both as a one-person marketing team and as a leader, who has built marketing teams and processes from the ground up. My goal is to help businesses and teams improve how they connect with their audiences through relevant, engaging, and actionable content and experiences.   I believe great marketing starts with empathy. Too often, brands jump into talking about themselves, forgetting that the customer is the hero, not the product. My approach starts with understanding the audience deeply, building trust through relevance, and then clearly showing the “why.” It works - and it’s way more fun that way.


One of my favorite quotes is from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.:   “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”   In a time of constant change, such as the growing use cases of AI, shifting markets, and changes in buyer needs & behavior, that mindset of taking each step into ambiguity with confidence, curiosity, and optimism matters. I’m always ready to experiment, adapt, and try new things to stay ahead and connect with people in meaningful ways.


Born in Indianapolis and now based in Marietta, GA, I live with my partner, Danny, and our two dogs (who think they run the entire house), Mecca and Jasper. Outside of work, I’m all about Starbucks, reality TV, global travel, spending time with family, being a rollercoaster fanatic, the arts, and tinkering with things of my own as an entrepreneur.

    As the Americas Project Manager for Global Clinical Project Management, responsibilities included overseeing clinical trial projects for major clients, managing local study specifications, customs processes, and performance metrics. Acted as a key liaison between Covance and sponsors across the Americas, ensuring study-related inquiries were resolved quickly and effectively.


    In parallel with project management duties, also supported the US Project Management teams as a LabLink+ technical trainer. Managing the GPM LabLink knowledge base helped maintain team-wide accuracy and foster a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
