As an Americas Project Manager for Global Clinical Project Management, I oversaw clinical trial projects for major clients. I handled local study specifications, customs processes, and study performance metrics. Collaborating closely with European Global Project Managers ensured project feasibility. Additionally, I served as a bridge between Covance and sponsors in the Americas, resolving study inquiries promptly.
In addition to project management, I trained US Project Management teams as a Lablink+ technical trainer. I stayed informed about clinical reporting trends and used client feedback to suggest product enhancements. Managing the GPM LabLink knowledge base documents also kept me updated and proactive.
