Each new step, whether it's a new company, industry, or client, is guided by my mantra: insights over assumption, have fun, and embrace each new experience. 2022 - 2023

Revenue Storm

Lead a multi-disciplinary team to successfully establish a marketing operations function by fostering an open environment of creativity, curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and a passion for innovation. Develop data-driven customer marketing campaigns and other digital experiences for target audiences. Leverage insights from data-rich sources to deploy multi-channel Alumni and ABM campaigns which includes personalized content and web chat. Orchestrate various brand and PR activities, most recently resulting in earning a globally recognized Training Industry award.

ensuring optimal integration of marketing and sales technology. Completed projects on time and within budget, guaranteeing high levels of client and partner satisfaction.

Revamped client capabilities by analyzing and enhancing sales and marketing technology, translating insights into actionable road maps. Led connected data and automation programs, while providing valuable customer insights. Optimized programs and identified testing opportunities based on insights in coordination with the global data analytics teams. Crafted personalized experiences to strengthen clients' digital brand and overall customer experience. Managed technical implementation and optimization of strategies, working closely with global, cross-functional teams. Conducted strategic conversations and provided program recommendations to clients, while also overseeing strategic and creative needs. Prepared solution presentations and generated incremental growth opportunities for clients in collaboration with the sales team.

Created and managed detailed project strategies for major mar-tech and sales integration initiatives. Delivered projects promptly and within the allocated budget, ensuring client satisfaction. Led change management workshops and delivered continuous support and enhancement plans for clients. Designed executive level experience strategy presentations to bolster existing client relationships and attract new business opportunities.

Aligned Marketing Application sales, marketing operations, and technology teams with the Enterprise Data Warehouse division through multiple change-management initiatives. Organized detailed project plans for key company and client upgrade projects, assuring timely and cost-effective execution. Developed blueprints, flow charts, and presentations for each project.

Sustained full team utilization throughout project lifecycles. Coordinated client meetings and presented onboarding, milestone updates, and solution blueprints. Delivered tailored and group guidance on the efficient utilization of configured SFMC and integrated solutions. Formulated concepts for optimized technical designs and cross-channel campaign strategies.

Covance

As an Americas Project Manager for Global Clinical Project Management, I oversaw clinical trial projects for major clients. I handled local study specifications, customs processes, and study performance metrics. Collaborating closely with European Global Project Managers ensured project feasibility. Additionally, I served as a bridge between Covance and sponsors in the Americas, resolving study inquiries promptly.


In addition to project management, I trained US Project Management teams as a Lablink+ technical trainer. I stayed informed about clinical reporting trends and used client feedback to suggest product enhancements. Managing the GPM LabLink knowledge base documents also kept me updated and proactive.
